ikea outing
i went to ikea a long while ago and had lunch there what a neat picture simple because of the lighting, i enjoy the cropping and i like the implied movement of the hand.
I think part of what really makes this awesome is the ikea ceiling in the background which emphasizes the extremity of the perspective. I also like how the hands and food are huge blown-out shapes but you can still tell exactly what's going on.
Actually, this would have been a PERFECT photo to work from for an assignment I had senior year advanced media class- 'self portrait with lunch' in pen and ink.
